I get bored and I like making fractals. Thus lead to making a new wallpaper for my new Windows 10 computer.

Created in Ultra Fractal 4.0 (roughly an hour) with after affects done in Photoshop (about 15-20 min).

iam limited to what i can create. and yes, paint.net isnt that great. but ive added GIMP portable on flash drive..maybe ill try tinker with that and see if can create something amazing
